Ensure Talent Acquisition Within Payroll Budget And In Line With Dusiness And Manning Strategy. Acilitating The Orfer Process Dy Extending The Ofter And Negotiating Employment Terms. Preparing8 Hiring Forecasts As Part Of The Company's Strategic Planning. Plan And Lead Hrengagement Programs. Oversee And Manage The Hotel S Compensation And Benefits Program With The Assistance Of Associate Human Resources Manager Determining Selection Criteria, Hiring Protiles, And Job Requirements For Vacant Positions.
